Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely! At Wig Whimsy's, what you see is what you get. We take great care to ensure that all product images accurately represent the color, length, texture, and style of the item you’ll receive. Every wig or bundle is photographed in-house under natural lighting to showcase its true quality.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is successfully placed, a sales receipt will be automatically emailed to the address you provided at checkout. You can also view and download your receipt by logging into your account on our website and visiting the Order History section.

How can I return an item?
